Have questions about how to use your CPAP machine? University Services' Sleep Centers offer a free monthly CPAP class for our new CPAP users. Come in and have your questions answered!
This class is designed for new CPAP users. Learn about Obstructive Sleep Apnea, its effects on the body, and how treatment can help. There is also a Q&A session for more specific questions you may have.
For more information and when the next class is being held, contact one of our local sleep centers.

University Services is dedicated to helping you sleep better for the rest of your life.
An integral part of this is to use your CPAP machine on a regular basis to help control sleep apnea. CPAP has been proven to improve glycemic control during sleep, help lose weight, and wake up feeling refreshed after the first night of use.
Sleep Apnea is a life long condition, and University Services is here to help. If you have any questions about your machine, tubing, or mask, you can speak with our sleep technicians and center managers to be set-up on the equipment that’s right for you.

Masks and tubing can be updated every six months, so we urge you to come to our CPAP Clinics to be fitted for new accessories. Each CPAP machine is outfitted with a data card that collects your sleep history and allows us to see how you are doing with your treatment. We follow-up with you at 1 month, 3 2 months, and 6 months to download the data off your card and discuss any sleep concerns you may have.
Just like visiting the doctor once a year, we also suggest a re-evaluation in our sleep center to update medical history, insurance, and other life changes that can occur. At this time we are able to adjust the pressure on your machine and help treat any leaking issues or other concerns that may arise.
CPAP Therapy takes some getting used to, but we are here to help you through each step to sleeping better each night.
